Founder

Dr. Mishra is an experienced Technical Professional with 15 years of extensive experience in FDA, USDA, product development, and business consulting. She has been actively consulting and advising both domestic and international manufacturing companies. She has established the Process authority work and helped grow business across the USA and other countries. She exceeds goals while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction scores. 
She holds a PhD from Pennsylvania State University, USA and a Master of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, India.

Dr. P. Jarolia

Co-founder

Dr. P. Jarolia, Ph.D. in marketing decision science, is a research guide in the School of Commerce and Management. Her thirst for knowledge and desire to contribute to her field led her to complete a Ph.D. in consumer decision science. Sustaining and growing with the changing times, she has earned the MDP and project in Digital and Social Media Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management.
She has registered patents, and she is also a keynote speaker at international conferences, workshops, and FDPs. Her research interests revolve around Digital Marketing & analytics.
